How to edit my account?

The Account section allows users to manage their personal information, security settings, and contact details. This article explains the features represented in the provided image and how to utilize them effectively.

The Account section is divided into two main tabs:

  1. My Profile: Manage personal details, update your avatar, and view your role within the project.

  2. Security: Configure your password.


My Profile

Within my profile you can:

  1. Avatar Management:

    Users can upload or remove their profile picture for better personalization.

  2. Personal Information:

    • Username: Displays the unique identifier for the user (e.g., "smeaton").

    • First Name and Last Name: Editable fields for adding or updating your name.

    • Job Title: Optional field to specify your professional role (e.g., "Project Manager").

    • Role: Indicates your permission level within Proqio (e.g., Superadmin, Admin, Editor, Viewer).

  3. Contact Details:

    • Email Address: Displays the registered email used for login and communication.

    • Phone Number: Optional field for adding a contact number for direct communication. 


  • The information updated in the Account section is reflected across all project-related communications and dashboards within Proqio.

  • Security settings (accessible under the Security tab) allow users to further manage password changes or enable two-factor authentication for enhanced account protection.

By using the Account section effectively, users can ensure their profile is up-to-date and personalized while maintaining secure access to Proqio’s platform features.
