How to create a dashboard?

Dashboards in Proqio give you a flexible way to visualize monitoring data in real time. You can create as many dashboards as you need, each tailored to specific sites, groups, or use cases.

Before diving into the setup, here are some key controls available at the top of every dashboard:

  • Create dashboard: Build as many dashboards as you need, each one is fully flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs.
  • Add Widget: Choose from a wide variety of widgets to visualize your data. Add graphs, maps, alert summaries, deformation vectors, and more to match your use case.

  • Edit Layout : Rearrange and resize widgets in edit mode without disrupting the live view. This gives you full control over layout while ensuring data remains readable and uninterrupted during analysis.
  • Auto-Refresh: Keep your data up to date in real time. You can configure an automatic refresh interval or manually refresh the dashboard whenever needed.

Create a New Dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard section.

  2. Click the "Create Dashboard" button.Dashboard-list

    • Description (optional)

    • Sites and Groups – Choose which ones can access this dashboard. (By default, all are selected.)

You’ll be taken directly into your new dashboard.

Legend Display Limitations in Widgets

In Proqio, legends are designed to occupy no more than 50% of the widget container. If displaying the full legend would exceed this limit (for example, due to a large number of plotted records or a smaller widget size), the legend will automatically be hidden. This behavior is intentional and aims to maintain a clear and usable visualization experience when working with large datasets.

Recommended workarounds:

  • Try increasing the widget/container size to allow more space for legends.

  • Use data filters to reduce the number of displayed records where possible.

Edit the Layout

To adjust the look and arrangement of your dashboard:

  1. Click Edit Layout

  2. Drag, move, and resize widgets as needed

Refresh dashboard

Proqio dashboards support two options to refresh data while you're viewing them:

  • Manual Refresh: Click the Refresh button at any time.

Auto-refresh

  • Auto-Refresh: Set an update interval (e.g., every 5 or 15 minutes) to keep the dashboard in sync without manual input.
