Export Your Data from Proqio

Proqio allows you to easily export your data whenever you need it, with support for widely used formats like Excel and CSV.

How to navigate to Proqio's Export button

  1. Select instrument from Monitoring tab.
  2. You will find ⬇️export button on the top right corner of the page to export your data.
  3. Once you click on export, export instrument data window will pop up on your screen. 
  4. Fill in the fields on the export instrument data window, the fields are category, data and date range.

Here is how Proqio's export window looks like and its fields: 

  • Category: Represents the type or group of instruments. 
  • Data: Represents the actual values or information collected within the chosen category.
  • Date Range: Specifies the time period for which the data is to be exported.

This data export guide contains:

Please note: Category field selection guide will remain the same for exporting measurements, setup information and calibration.

  • That is, your first step shall be to select the category for which, the data needs to be extracted. (e.g.: Tiltmeter, Strain gage, Load cell or any Category that has been created for your project).

How to export your instruments reading records from Proqio:

  1. Data: Select measurements options from the dropdown list for record.
  2. Date Range: Select the date range for which you need the records/measurements data.
  3. Click on export button to export the file to your system.
  4. Open the downloaded file from the downloads and you will find the measurement file in the excel sheet

 

How to export your instrument set up information from Proqio:

  1. Data: Select set up information options from the dropdown list for record.
  2. Date Range: It does not require a range for setup information.
  3. Click on export button to export the file on your system.
  4. Open the downloaded file from the downloads and you will find the setup information in the excel sheet

 

How to export calibration data from Proqio:

  1. Data: Select calibration options from the dropdown list for record.
  2. Date Range: Select the date range for a period.
  3. Click on export button to export the file on your system.
  4. Open the downloaded file from the downloads and you will find the calibration data in the excel sheet

How to export alert data from Proqio:

  1. Please navigate to alerts tab on monitoring page.
  2. Under thresholds in alerts tab, you can view the alert level with timestamp.
    • Click on export button from top right corner to export alert data.
    • Open the downloaded file to view the alert data in excel sheet. 

Additional information:

You can also view alerts on the map. 

  • As shown in the image below you can see icons with different colors. 
  • Here's an example of how each color can represent a different alert level.
    1. 🟢Green icon can be used to represent attention required alert status
    2. 🟠Amber icon can be used to represent action/warning, means there is a need to monitor closely.
    3. 🔴Red icon can be used represents critical, that means immediate action required.
    4. You can easily check the alert status by hovering on the icons as shown below.

Alert level colors are customizable

Please note that the colors associated with alert levels are fully customizable and can be configured by each client to suit their specific preferences or operational requirements.
