The Instrument Detail page is your one‑stop workspace for everything related to a single sensor or instrument in PROQIO. While the main dashboard gives you a broad operational snapshot, the detail view drills down—offering richer context, corrective actions, and a permanent audit trail. Below is an overview of each subsection and how to get the most from it.
Module Overview:
This module introduces PROQIO’s Instrument Detail view, which provides a focused interface for managing individual sensors. It offers tools for monitoring performance, maintaining compliance, managing documents, and annotating key events—all in one place.
Overview Tab
Understand how the Overview tab provides a consolidated view of sensor status, location, and live readings—all in one place.
History Tab
Learn how to filter past readings by date, make corrections through editing or deletion (with full audit trail), and export data for reporting or analysis.
Documents Tab
Discover how to upload and organize relevant documents—like calibration reports, installation photos, and maintenance records—directly within the instrument profile for streamlined documentation and audit readiness.
Annotations Tab
Explore how annotations allow you to label and explain significant events, anomalies, or interventions on the instrument timeline, improving traceability and collaboration.
Instrument Overview
In the Instrument Detail section of PROQIO, you can view key information about a specific instrument—such as parameters, min/max values, timestamp-based data, and location.
To access:
Go to Layers > Monitoring > Instruments, select an instrument, and click “Details” on the graph view.
Overview Tab Highlights:

Instrument History
The History tab in PROQIO displays a complete log of all past readings recorded by an instrument, ensuring full traceability for compliance, troubleshooting, and analysis.
To Access:
Navigate to Details and select the History tab to view the dataset along with their timestamps.
Key Features:

Date Filtering: Filter readings using predefined or custom date ranges

Edit/Delete Readings: Update or remove readings.
Note: Edit/Delete readings requires the necessary permissions and is only allowed for users with SuperAdmin access. -
Recalculation: Automatically recalculate readings when new calibration data is applied

Add Reading: Manually input readings if needed

This tab is crucial for maintaining accurate records, identifying trends, and preparing for audits.
Instrument Documentation
The Documents tab in PROQIO allows you to upload and manage all files related to an instrument, keeping important documentation organized and accessible.
To Access:
Go to the Details view of an instrument and select the Documents tab.
Instrument Annotation
The Annotations tab in PROQIO displays all comments or notes added to the instrument graph at specific timestamps—consolidated in one place for easy reference.
To Access:
Go to the instrument's Details view and click on the Annotations tab.
Use this section to review or manage observations, maintenance notes, or event logs added during data analysis.
