Configure your Default Graph View
Customizing and setting a default graph view improves efficiency and reduces time spent switching between graph types and scales. It helps maintain clarity, boosts productivity, and ensures everyone is on the same page when reviewing instrument data.
How to navigate to configuring graph views
- From the monitoring page, go to the left panel and select the categories tab.
- From the category list, select the category for which you want to configure the graph view.
- Next, click on the graph tab.
How to set up the graph view for global fields
To configure the graph view for global fields in a category, follow the steps below:
- Select the Field as Global to set the graph configuration for all parameters.

- Choose your desired date range for the data to reflect every time you open graph.

- Select the parameters that you want to set when visualizing the data.

- By clicking on the Graph icon, you can customize the graph type and select the axis.

- Expand the Global Scale to set the scales for the already selected parameters.

- Expand the Axis and you can customize the axes names.
- By default, the X axis is set as Time. However, if you want to change it, you may use the X axis as feature.
- Once you have customized your graph settings, click on save.

7. Expand More Options in order to toggle on and off the following additional features you would like to appear active by default:
- Max, Min, Avg
- Annotations
- Lines and Textures

How to set up the graph view for individual fields
To configure the graph view for individual fields, follow the steps below:
- Select the parameter for which you want to configure the graph view from the fields.

- Now, proceed with selecting the chart type.

- From Field scale, select the custom scale.
- From Axis, customize the X, Y axis titles.
- Once customization is done, click on Save.
