Changes to FTP Folder Structure
We have updated the FTP folder structure in Proqio. This change affects where newly uploaded files will be stored on the FTP server.
Previous Structure:
folder1
├── failed
└── processed
└── backup
New structure:
folder1
folder1_backup
├── failed
└── processed
└── backup
folder1_backup
├── failed
└── processed
└── backup
Why are we making this change?
This update allows us to grant you full permissions on the main folder (folder1) for uploading files. It solves a recurring issue where upload permissions were limited, ensuring smoother and more reliable file handling.
-
Existing files will remain in their current location.
-
New files will follow the new folder structure.
What do you need to do?
No action is required from your side. Please just note the new structure if you are browsing or retrieving files from FTP.
If you notice anything unusual with your FTP files or processing, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
